Will I receive the same product I see in the photo?

At AVELINAS, we work with two different kinds of items. Some of the items are uniques, available in one single unit: in this case you will always receive the exact item that was photographed.

Some other items ( mostly jeans and denim jackets ) come in multiple units, which means you won't be receiving the same exact product photographed. Still, we will photograph the most representative unit.

Is it possible to receive periodic information in my email with the latest news and offers?

Yes, for sure. Simply by accessing "Newsletter" you will receive information about the latest news, lookbooks and events of Avelinas.

Yes, from the shopping cart you can remove items that you do not want as long as you have not processed the order.

Yes. You can cancel your order, as long as the state of it allows it. 

What should I do if I get a faulty item?

We sell reused items that we try to photograph at the highest resolution for you to appreciate the details, so we try to minimize returns for defects in appearance. In any case, always contact our Customer Service Dept. at customerservice@avelinasvintage.com
