PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS

The purpose of this section is to clarify the terms & conditions of purchasing products at www.deprezcollective.com. The details of the owner of Deprez are available in the Legal Notice.

I. PRODUCTS

All our products have been made more than 10 or 20 years ago, being selected and proceeding from all over the world. In this way Deprez avoids the consumption of new raw materials, reusing existing products but adapting them to new fashion trends. This is the way we try to help the environment. We try to put "the three R philosophy" into practice in terms of care and respect for the environment: Rework, Remade, Revive.

All products have been photographed and added to a product sheet. In each of them, you will always find design features, materials, designer, price, availability, special features, among others.

NOTE: Remember that, being vintage items, the actual color might slightly vary from the one in the pictures.

Decoration, or other garments that the model in the picture wears are not included, unless expressly indicated in the description of the article.

II. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

Next to the picture of each of our products, you will find the final price. You will receive an invoice via email, where you will find the item costs, shipping expenses and taxes applied as well.

In case of any typographical mistake regarding the price, it will be corrected as soon as it is identified. If this error affects any buyer, he may cancel his purchase without any additional costs.

Payment methods

At www.deprezcollective.com we offer you several payment methods that will facilitate your shopping experience in our on-line shop.

You can choose to pay for your purchases via:

  • Paypal
  • Bank Wire

The payment methods available have been chosen in order to provide you with the greatest possible security during the transaction. The Paypal payment gateway and the bank with which we work, have their respective security certificates. Whatever option you choose, the price is the same.

III. SHIPPING

The order will be shipped according to the availability of the product and/or its special characteristics. At the moment of choosing the product the customer will know if it is in stock, or otherwise, we will provide similar options for you to choose between them.

In addition, in the event of exceptional situations relating to computer errors or simultaneous purchases, we reserve the right not to process orders. In this case, we will contact with you, providing instructions on how to choose another article. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will inform you.

Shipping methods & delivery time

In case of items in stock, the order will be shipped the day after the order is placed. During Bank Holidays, the item will be shipped on the first working day, after placing the order.

The estimated shipping time is 6 to 7 working days in Europe and approximately 10 days to the rest of the world (zone 2).

The given delivery times are an approximate, based on a stock status of the product, weather conditions and normal traffic. If for any reason the delivery deadlines cannot be met, the customer will be informed immediately so that he can decide whether to continue with the process or cancel the transaction.


Remember that the maximum delivery time, according to current legislation is 30 days.

IV. EXCHANGES, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Exchanges

To exchange an item, contact with us at customerservice@perestex.com, providing your name/surname and order number, and we will provide you all the informations needed to proceed.

In case of an exchange, the customer will have to bear the shipping costs, unless the item has major faults that are not shown in the pictures.

Refunds

We accept refunds only if requested within 14 days from delivery. In addition to that, please note that shipping costs are refunded only in case the item has a major fault which was not shown in the pictures. From the 15th day on ( with a 45-days maximum limit ) we can offer you two more options. 1) Exchange: we can exchange your product for another one you like ( same price ), but keep in mind that we won't be refunding the shipping costs you'll have to pay to send the item back to us 2) You can return the order to us and, once we receive notification of its delivery at our warehouse, we will create a discount code for the same amount you paid ( minus shipping costs ), which you'll be able to use on whatever article(s) you like, without expiry date. To proceed with a refund, contact with us at customerservice@perestex.com, providing your name/surname and order number, and we will provide you all the informations needed.

Cancellations

Bearing in mind that Deprez will ship the product as soon as possible, in case of cancellation and if the item has already been shipped, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
